
Carroll Hanley Goggin holds the roles of co-owner and CFO at DBG Promotions, a seasoned promotional marketing agency located in Winter Park. With 33 years of industry expertise, she actively contributes to the Promotional Products Government Relations Committee, representing Florida at the annual PPAI Legislation Education and Action Day in Washington DC.
Her commitment extends to Rollins College, where she has been a dedicated member of the Board of Trustees since 2015. Carroll previously chaired both the Nominating & Governance Committee and the Enrollment and Marketing Committee. Additionally, she served as Co-Vice Chair for the recent successful Campaign for Rollins and was the former National Chair for the Rollins Annual Fund. Carroll was a 1985 Rollins graduate majoring in mathematics.
Carroll’s outstanding contributions have earned her prestigious awards, including the CASE District III Bill Franklin Volunteer of the Year Award in 2015 and the Rollins Alumni Service Award in 2019. Governor Ron DeSantis appointed her to the Florida Council on Arts and Culture in 2020, where she actively evaluates Cultural Facility grant applications, chairs panels for general and specific program support, and advocates for Arts & Culture funding in Tallahassee.
A graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 26 and Leadership Winter Park Class 32, Carroll has been a valuable member of the Winter Park Chamber board of directors since 2021, currently holding the position of Board Chair. Her multifaceted involvement showcases a deep commitment to both her industry and the community she serves.
